machine clothes are perfect because no one is in them yet. handcrafted clothes carry the maker before they carry the wearer. a slight pull. a slightly thicker line. that's not a flaw — that's the fingerprint.

we wrote it on every product card now: *perfectly imperfect.* not as a disclaimer. as a promise.
